Is there magic in what you do?

Perhaps your business grooms pets; provides a daycare service; walks man's best friend. Some businesses sell pets and/or provide food, treats, collars, toys and other various pet supplies. Doesn't everyone in your area of the pet industry do things pretty much the same way as others in the industry?This Paws2Learn session will be a short story of a first hand observation of a person providing service to their customers (as many others do) but making the transaction an experience that we have seen people share from one generation to another.This is my pet you are selling me things for; this is my pet, a member of my family, that I am entrusting with the care of. Yes, you can be like everyone else. Or you can put a bit of magic in the experience for me and my pet.
