The State of the Industry: Insights into Pet Owners 2024 and Beyond

This is our shorter session for the American Pet Products Association (APPA) second-annual State of the Industry report: 2024 and Beyond. We have tracked pet industry expenditures over the past 15 years, and we will use these figures to forecast what we expect the industry to produce through 2030.  We will also explore US pet household percentages over time and project what we expect these numbers to look like for the next several years.  Along with these forecasts, we will lend detailed descriptions of the trends associated with pet ownership - including the ones we expect to be front headlines for the pet industry this year.
